Which cleaning services can you book in Dubai?
You can book every service on its own or several of them together in one visit. Most enquiries we receive are a combination: a home deep clean with the sofas, a move out with the AC grilles, a villa with every AC unit. The table shows what each service covers and the typical reason people book it.

Who books a cleaning company in Dubai?
Mostly people who live in apartments. Dubai had 4.58 million residents at the end of 2025, according to the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, and the large majority of homes are flats in towers and mid rise buildings. In the housing stock counted at the start of 2023, apartments outnumbered villas, townhouses and houses by more than four to one.
That shapes the job more than any brochure does. In a tower, the real friction is rarely the dirt. It is the service lift booking, the NOC from the building management, where the vehicle can park and whether there is a water point. A good cleaning company asks about these before the day, not at the gate.
The rest of our customers are villa and townhouse owners, landlords between two tenants, holiday home operators who need a reset between guests, and offices and restaurants that want a periodic deep clean outside opening hours.
Is The Clean Fox a maid service?
No, and we say that openly because it saves you a wasted enquiry. A maid service sends a cleaner for a number of hours, often weekly, to keep a home tidy. We do single jobs with a defined scope: a deep clean, a move out, upholstery, windows or the AC, with the equipment and the team for that job.
Both have their place. A regular cleaner keeps the surfaces you use every day in order. A deep clean covers what regular cleaning does not reach: inside the oven and the cupboards, grout, extractor hood filters, upholstery, AC grilles and ducts. Many households have a regular cleaner and book a deep clean on top, typically after summer or before a move.
If what you need is someone every Tuesday for four hours, we are the wrong company, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something else.

How do booking and the fixed price work?
You write to us on WhatsApp, we ask the questions that decide the work, and you get one fixed price before anything is booked. Whatever we find on the day, the price stays what we agreed.
We do not publish a price list, because a list price is either wrong for your home or padded to cover the worst case. What moves the price is predictable, though: the number of bedrooms and especially bathrooms, furnished or empty, the condition and the time since the last deep clean, how many sofas, mattresses and carpets are included, the number of AC units or a ducted system, and access in the building.
From the first message to the finished job
- Send us the area, the type of home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a few photos of the parts that worry you.
- We ask about furniture, upholstery, AC units, and building rules such as service lift booking or an NOC.
- You receive one fixed price and a written scope on WhatsApp.
- We agree the date. If the building needs a permit or a lift booking, we tell you in good time.
- The team arrives with all equipment and products. You can stay or hand over a key.
- At the end we walk through the home with you, or send photos if you are away.
- If something was missed, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we come back.
When is the best time to book cleaning in Dubai?
After the summer, in September or October, if you can choose. Airborne dust in Dubai is at its highest in July and August, not in spring as is often said. In our own monthly averages from the Copernicus CAMS reanalysis, 09/2022 to 08/2025, PM10 reached 170.8 µg/m³ in July and 178.2 µg/m³ in August, against 54.3 µg/m³ in January.
A deep clean in September removes a whole summer of that load. The same is true for windows, balconies and terraces, which collect the most in those months.
For the air conditioning, Dubai Municipality gives concrete intervals in its indoor air quality guideline, and it applies the guideline to residential buildings among others. It is written as guidance with “should”, not as a strict duty for every flat, but it is the only local reference with numbers, and it is a sensible baseline.
What is not part of our cleaning services?
Some things we do not offer, and it is better to know that before you book than on the day. Part of this is licensing: pest control and drinking water tank cleaning sit under separate permits in Dubai.
- Hourly or recurring maid visits on a subscription.
- Pest control. It needs its own approval from Dubai Municipality.
- Drinking water tank cleaning. It falls under a food permit in Dubai.
- AC repairs or gas refills are a separate job. If our technician finds a fault, we tell you first and agree the next step with you.
- High rise facades that need rope access. We clean glass that can be reached safely.
- Garden maintenance and technical pool maintenance. We clean terraces, furniture and the pool surround, not plants, water chemistry or pumps.
- Painting, filling holes and repairs.
How do you recognise a good cleaning company in Dubai?
Not by a slogan that claims to be the best. Look at how the company answers four questions before you book: what exactly is included, what is not, who does the air conditioning, and what happens if something is not right afterwards.
A good cleaning company sends you a scope in writing, names the equipment it brings, and gives you a fixed price rather than an hourly estimate that grows on the day. It tells you honestly when a stain is likely to be permanent and when a job needs a second day. It does not promise health effects that no cleaning company can prove.
Ask who actually comes. Many companies pass the AC to a subcontractor, which means a second team, a second appointment and nobody responsible for the whole result. Ours is part of the team. And ask who answers a complaint. Our answer: you send a photo on WhatsApp, and the same team comes back.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover, and what should you prepare?
We work across Dubai, for example in Dubai Marina, JLT, JVC, Downtown, Business Bay, Al Barsha, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif and Palm Jumeirah, as well as in Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. If your area is not on this list, ask us anyway.
Preparation is short. Book the service lift or arrange the NOC if your building requires one, tell us where the vehicle can park, and put away anything valuable, fragile or private that you would rather we did not handle. Tell us if a surface has already been treated with a product, because that changes what we can use on it. Everything else comes with the team.

You get one fixed price before we start, sent to you on WhatsApp. Every home is different, so a list price would either be wrong or too high. Whatever we find on the day, the price stays what we agreed.
Can you clean the air conditioning on the same day?
Yes. Our AC technician is part of the team, so cleaning and air conditioning fit into one appointment. It is the reason we exist in this shape.
Do you bring everything with you?
Yes. HYLA water filtration, the MediCleanTEC steam machine, pressure washers, polishers and all products come with the team. You do not need to provide anything.
Do I have to book a full deep clean, or can I book one thing?
You can book a single service, for example only the sofas, only the windows or only the AC. Many customers combine two or three, because one team then comes once instead of three companies on three different days.
Which parts of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai, plus Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Tell us your area on WhatsApp and we confirm an appointment.
How much do cleaning services in Dubai cost?
We give one fixed price per job on WhatsApp before we start, and we do not publish a price list. The price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, furnished or empty, the condition of the home, how much upholstery is included, the number of AC units and access in the building. The price we agree is the price you pay.
What is the difference between a cleaning company and a maid agency?
A maid agency places or sends a cleaner, usually paid by the hour or on a monthly basis, for regular housework. A cleaning company like ours takes on defined jobs, such as a deep clean, a move out or AC duct cleaning, with its own equipment and a fixed scope. Many households use both.
Is a professional deep clean worth it if I already have a cleaner?
Only if it covers what your cleaner does not. Ask what is included before you book: oven and cupboards inside, grout, hood filters, upholstery extraction, AC grilles and ducts. If a company cannot name those, the result will look like a long regular clean. That is the honest test, and it is the one we expect you to apply to us.
Is the team employed by you or subcontracted?
It is our own team, including the AC technician. We do not hand jobs to a subcontractor. That is why cleaning and air conditioning fit into one appointment and why the same people come back if something needs another look.
Do you clean villas and offices as well as apartments?
Yes. We work in studios, apartments, villas, townhouses, holiday homes, offices, shops and restaurants across Dubai. For offices and restaurants we come early in the morning, at night or at the weekend, so your opening hours are not affected.
