Home deep cleaning services in Sharjah, as we do them, mean one team working through the whole home room by room: kitchen appliances and cupboards inside, bathrooms with tiles and grout steamed at up to 180 °C, frames, tracks and fittings, soft furnishings if you add them, and the AC on the same visit. Fixed price on WhatsApp first.
A home deep clean follows a fixed order, and the order is half of the result. Clean a floor before the shelves above it and you clean it twice. Wipe mineral dust wet before it has been lifted dry and you smear it into a grey film.
That second point is specific to this region. A 2023 study of indoor dust in Dubai homes, published in the journal Toxics, found it to be largely mineral, ground rock rather than lint, which makes it abrasive. Sharjah sits next door on the same coast, so we treat the dust here the same way: dry first with the HYLA, wet second.
The order we work in
Everything you can reach, open or lift without tools. The table is the checklist our team works to in an occupied home. In an empty home the furniture lines fall away and the inside of every cupboard and wardrobe becomes the main job.
If the home is furnished, we take items out of cupboards, clean inside and put them back. You only need to move what is valuable, fragile or private.
| Room | What we clean | What we check and tell you about |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen | Oven, hob, extractor hood and filter, fridge inside, microwave, dishwasher seals, cupboards inside and out, splashback, sink, taps | Damaged seals, grease behind the hood filter, anything a product has already marked |
| Bathrooms | Tiles and grout with steam, shower glass and tracks, toilet, basin, taps, mirrors, cabinets inside, drains and grates, extractor fan grille | Grout that is stained deep rather than dirty, silicone that needs replacing |
| Bedrooms | Wardrobes inside and out, headboards, under and behind the bed, skirting, switches, light fittings, curtain tracks | Musty smell in wardrobes on outside walls |
| Living areas | Shelves, cabinets, tables and chairs, door frames, skirting, switches, light fittings, AC grilles | Fabrics with codes or labels that limit what we can use |
| Windows and balcony | Glass inside and outside where safely reachable, frames, tracks, sills, sliding doors, balcony floor and railings | Track drainage holes that are blocked |
| Throughout | Doors and handles, skirting, vents, floors, inside built in storage | Anything damaged before we started, photographed and shown to you |
Because that is where moisture and dust sit undisturbed. A surface you wipe every week stays presentable. The back wall of a wardrobe on an outside wall, the space behind the fridge or the tracks of a balcony door do not get touched, and they are where a home deep clean earns its name.
Dubai Municipality’s indoor air guideline is direct about the moisture side. It advises keeping relative humidity below 60 percent, drying spills on porous materials such as carpet within 24 hours, and replacing porous furniture or carpet that keeps a persistent musty smell. The guideline is written for Dubai. We apply the same advice in Sharjah, because nothing about it depends on the emirate.
In the summer months we often find wardrobes on external walls that smell different from the rest of the room. We open and clean them inside, and if a smell sits in the material rather than on the surface, we tell you honestly that cleaning will not take it away.
Then the deposit conversation is about the condition of the apartment, and your contract decides what that means. Tenancies in Sharjah are governed by Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007 and its executive regulation, and disputes go to the Rental Dispute Committee of Sharjah Municipality. We have not found wording in that law about cleaning or about the condition at handover, so we will not tell you what it requires.
What we can tell you is that Dubai’s tenancy rules, which are often quoted online, do not apply automatically in Sharjah. Read the cleaning and handover clauses of your own contract before you agree to any deduction, and keep the photos from when you moved in.
A move out clean with us is a home deep clean of an empty apartment, handover ready: every cupboard and wardrobe inside, appliances, bathrooms, windows and tracks, balcony, AC grilles. A move in clean is the same job before your furniture arrives, which is the one moment the inside of every cupboard is easy to reach.
Because the AC blows across every surface we have just cleaned, and a dusty grille or coil puts part of the dust straight back. Our own technician comes with the team, so the system is cleaned first and the home after.
For intervals, the clearest public reference in the region comes from Dubai Municipality. Its indoor air guideline names cleaning intervals for the components that actually collect dirt and water: coils, condensate pipes and drain trays. We have not found a comparable published guideline for Sharjah, so we use the Dubai one as our working standard here too. It is a guideline that says should rather than shall, and it does not set an interval for the ducts themselves. Our page on AC cleaning in Sharjah explains what that means for your system.
A deep clean removes dirt. It does not repair, repaint or replace, and it cannot reverse damage that is already in a material. We say this before we start so nobody is surprised at handover.
Not part of a home deep clean
The work, not the floor area alone. Kitchens and bathrooms carry most of a deep clean, so the number of bathrooms and the state of the kitchen move the price more than an extra bedroom does. Furnished or empty is the next big factor: furniture has to be moved, protected and put back, and cupboards have to be emptied and refilled.
After that come the extras you add, such as sofas, mattresses, carpets, curtains and AC units, then the time since the last deep clean and whether there was building work, and finally access: service lift, parking and whether the team brings its own water. You send photos, we send one fixed price on WhatsApp, and it does not change on the day.
Very little is needed. Put away anything valuable, fragile or private that you would rather we did not handle. Tell us about surfaces that have been treated with a product, natural stone, and any fabric you are worried about, because that changes what we use.
If your building needs a service lift booking or wants to know about the team in advance, arrange that before the day or tell us who to contact. You do not need to provide water, products or equipment, and you do not need to be at home if you prefer to hand over a key.
Check the places a quick clean skips. A good deep clean shows its quality where nobody looks on a normal day, and a short walkthrough tells you more than any promise on a website.
Open the oven and the fridge. Run a finger along the top of a door frame and a wardrobe. Look at the grout lines in the shower, the tracks of the sliding doors and the AC grilles. Open two or three kitchen cupboards. If something is missed, say so on the spot, or send us a photo on WhatsApp later and the same team comes back.
A deep clean and a dirty AC duct do not mix well. Within days, the same air gets blown back over every surface we just cleaned. Our own AC technician is part of the team, so ducts, grilles, condenser and filter can be booked for the same day.

No. Many customers hand over a key or let us in and leave. You tell us how you prefer it when we agree the appointment.
Yes, we cover all of Sharjah. Tell us your area on WhatsApp and we confirm an appointment.
Yes, that is our standard way of working. Tell us on WhatsApp how many rooms and how many AC units, and we plan one appointment for both.
It depends on the size, the number of bathrooms, whether the home is furnished and what you add. An empty apartment is faster than an occupied one, and a furnished villa can run into a second day. We tell you which when we quote, rather than finding out in the afternoon.
It is a home deep clean of an empty apartment, with the focus on handover: every cupboard and wardrobe inside, appliances, bathrooms, windows and tracks, balcony and AC grilles. Because there is no furniture to work around, the inside of every storage space becomes the main job.
That depends on your tenancy contract. Sharjah tenancies fall under Sharjah Law No. 2 of 2007, and we have not found wording in it that requires professional cleaning. Read the cleaning and handover clauses of your own contract before you agree to any deduction from your deposit.
No. In a furnished home we take items out, clean inside and put them back. Only remove what is valuable, fragile or private. In an empty home there is nothing to move, which is why move in and move out cleans can go into every corner.
Yes. After construction or renovation, fine dust settles inside cupboards, on frames, in tracks and in the AC system, so we usually recommend the AC on the same visit. Tell us what work was done and whether the tradesmen have finished, because cleaning before the last coat of paint dries wastes the job.
